Preparation: 10 minutes / Cooking Time: 40 minutes / Serves: 6
400g of sweet potato
2 teaspoons of corn flour
Pinch of mild paprika
Step 1: Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1cm thick chips and then soak them in water for 1 hour to remove starch. Drain and pat dry on paper towels.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced and line 2 trays with baking paper
Step 3: Place the chips in a zip lock bag with corn flour and paprika, shake well until evenly covered.
Step 4: Place chips in a single layer on trays, spray with some oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once. Season to taste and enjoy!
