Preparation: 15 minutes / Cooking Time: 10 minutes / Makes: Approx. 44 balls
2 packets of Sea Salt Popcorn
2 cups of mixed dry fruit and nuts
1 cup of mini marshmallows
30g of butter
Step 1: Grease and line 2 large baking trays and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the butter, marshmallows and 1 tbsp of water in a medium saucepan. Continue to stir until melted.
Step 3: Put the popcorn in a bowl and mix through the fruit and nut mix, pour in the marshmallow mixture and stir relatively quickly. (You’ll see why)
Step 4: Once everything has been mixed together, shape the mixture into small balls and place on the trays prepared earlier. Cook for roughly 10 minutes and enjoy.
