Breakfast Super Smoothie

Prep: 5 min Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana, sliced

1 pitted fresh date, chopped

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 cups of milk

75g baby spinach leaves

Method:

Step 1: Blend the banana, date, chia and milk in a blender until well combined, then it is ready to serve.
