BLT with Balsamic Glaze

Prep: 15 mins Cook: 15 mins Servings: 4

Ingredients:

8 thick slices of sourdough or rye bread

125g Cream Cheese

Lettuce leaves

8 rashers of shortcut bacon, cooked

2 tomatoes, sliced

Balsamic Glaze

Method:

Step 1: Spread 4 sliced of toast with cream cheese and then top with bacon lettuce and tomato.

Step 2: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sandwich together, serve immediately.
